Delivery Manager (1)

Description

The role of the Delivery Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, third-party contractors or consultants and business partners in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Delivery Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure the efficient operation of the company’s network, client servers, databases, and equipment. This includes managing the IT staff responsible for monitoring and diagnosing network and hardware problems.
  • Work closely with the IT executive staff and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
  • Oversee development and support activities and ensure that clients are receiving the appropriate assistance.  This includes the responsibility of managing procedures related to the identification, prioritization and resolution of project requirements and/or client requests.
  • Coordinate and manage project-related activities with company’s business partners.
  • Oversee all reports and documentation related to projects, client support and internal operations.
  • Manage project staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
  • Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities.
  • Conduct research and remain current with the latest technologies and solutions in support of client requirements.

Position Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience in project management in areas of application development, implementation and support.
  • Background on latest technologies such as JAVA/J2EE, VB.NET, LAMP, Oracle.  Hands-on project experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects in a complex and fast changing environment.
  • Team oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adjust to different levels of sophistication within clients, interact with all levels of seniority and communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.

Lead Generation Analysts (2)

Description

The Lead Generation Analyst’s primary responsibility is to perform outbound lead generation to current and potential customers and increase awareness of company’s product and services. 

Responsibilities

  • Educate the market place of company’s offerings and uncover qualified leads for the sales force to work on.
  • Perform research on possible leads and understand potential clients’ business needs.
  • Initiate conversation with clients’ multiple representatives, management or decision makers.
  • Document prospects’ needs, expectations, business focus and priorities in order to provide timely reports on sales-ready leads and other relevant information to support sales.
  • Understand organization or corporate structure to identify decision makers as well as buying or procurement preferences.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Maintain information on CRM database.

Position Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent professional communication, research and interviewing skills.
  • Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred.
  • Inquisitive, assertive and persuasive without being too much aggressive.
  • Patient, good listener and fast learner.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft products.
  • Background in latest technologies such as JAVA, VB.NET, LAMP is preferred but not required.

Recruitment Specialists (2)

Description

The Recruitment Specialist's primary focus is sourcing to drive a continuous candidate pipeline; management and administration of Applicants Tracking Systems; and to provide support and coordination of recruiting activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of recruitment/sourcing process and organization, systems and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates;
  • Execute sourcing strategies to generate a high quality and qualified candidate flow that meets diversity and support hiring requirements for current openings;
  • Evaluate applicant’s qualifications;
  • Conduct pre-employment screening and coordinate candidate interviews;
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including but not limited to technical and professional associations, diversity hiring organizations, and educational institutions;
  • Maintain job postings on external websites and channels;
  • Administer applicant tracking system to update and maintain candidate data.

 Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields;
  • At least 2 years of full-time technical recruiting is preferred;
  • Ability to work as a member of a dynamic team and both take direction and work independently;
  • Skills in conducting interviews;
  • With a confident and assertive manner on the phone plus ability to articulate clear and precise messages is essential;
  • Skill in the use of standard office equipment, personal computers and software including the use of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
